UPDATE: According to law enforcement, Sorelle Torrez was located and Zebidiah Lockette is in custody.
Arkansas State Troopers have secured a 2-year-old girl believed to have been kidnapped earlier Friday from Sandy Springs, Ga.
A 30-year-old suspect in the kidnapping was also taken into custody during a traffic stop along an Interstate 40 service road in West Memphis.
Zebidiah Lockette was taken into custody without incident.
Arkansas State Troopers received a law enforcement bulletin earlier in the afternoon from Georgia authorities who believed the suspect may be traveling through Arkansas with the child inside a 2006 Range Rover.
State Police Sergeant David Moore and Corporal Lowry Astin moved highway patrol troopers into the West Memphis area to be on the lookout for the suspect vehicle.
At approximately 3:25 p.m. CDT, Corporal Flarcell Tate spotted the vehicle and initiated a traffic stop in the vicinity of the West Memphis dog racing track. The child was turned over by State Police to the Arkansas Department of Human Services and Georgia law enforcement authorities were notified of the suspect being held by State Troopers.
The child was checked out at a West Memphis hospital and was found to be okay. Her mother drove to West Memphis to be reunited on Friday night.
"She was extremely relieved. She was very emotional but very happy just to know that her daughter was OK," said Capt. John Mullin of the Sandy Springs Police Department.
Lockette faces several charges, including kidnapping, aggravated stalking and theft of a motor vehicle. It is not yet clear when he will be extradited back to Georgia.
An Amber Alert has been activated in Tennessee for 2-year-old Sorelle Torrez who has been reportedly abducted Friday, May 17, by her father Zebidiah Lockette in Sandy Springs, Ga.
A felony warrant for Kidnapping was issued for Lockette on May 17, 2013. They may still be in the local area, traveling in a black Land Rover, Range Rover Sport, with license plates BYT0639.
Sandy Springs is 20 miles north of Atlanta.

Authorities believe the pair are traveling through Tennessee toward either Kentucky or Michigan.
A Levi's Call has been issued for a 2-year-old girl who is missing from Sandy Springs. According to police, Sorelle Torrez was taken from her mother at the Chastain Apartments on Roswell Road just after 8 a.m. Friday.
Sandy Springs, Ga., police say the girl's 30-year-old father approached her mother while she was dropping her child off at her babysitter's apartment complex. They say he pushed the mother from her vehicle, and fled with the little girl inside.
Police issued arrest warrants for Lockette kidnapping, aggravated stalking, and theft of a motor vehicle.
Lockette, who is from the Centennial Park area, was last seen driving the child's mother's black 2006 Range Rover Sport with GA tag YT0639. They were headed south on Roswell Road toward Atlanta.
Lockette is described as a black man who is 6-foot-1 tall and weighs approximately 170 pounds. He was wearing black pants and a black and brown argyle shirt. Sorelle was last seen wearing a pint shirt and white pajama bottoms with pigs on them.
Authorities say Lockette has been arrested previously for domestic violence.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of the child or her father is asked to call 911 or the Sandy Springs Police Department immediately.
