An 81-year-old Arlington man who exited out a window in the rear of his Arlington home sometime Sunday evening was found deceased in a ditch around noon Monday, a Shelby County Sheriff spokesman said.
Flow Watkins was reported missing to the sheriff by relatives at around 7 a.m., after he exited out of a rear window in the 6200 block of Willow Walk Way. His body was found in a ditch off Forrest Road, about a half-mile from the neighborhood.
Family members said Mr. Watkins suffered from dementia.
Sheriff's spokesman Chip Washington said there were no signs of foul play.
