Police said that Rolison was a dual-enrolled high school/Middle Georgia State student. He is being held at the Bleckley County LEC, according to the college.
Keyes was a parishioner at Destiny World Church. Since he disappeared, members of the church have looked for him.
"We've lost two sons, two boys. Of course, Jmaal was a member of our church. But these are two teenagers who I assume had bright futures, so we are disappointed on both fronts," said Senior Pastor of Destiny World Church, Wilbur Purvis.
Brittany Venable, a former classmate of Keyes at Hiram High School, said news of his death hit the student body hard.
"Everybody has been sad. It's been all around the school. A lot of people were crying this morning," said Venable.
Venable had fond memories of Keyes.
"He was sweet. He was like a class clown type of dude. He always wanted to make people smile. He was nice, he was sweet. He was very smart," said Venable.
There was no other information released on Keyes' death or word if his body had been located.
