Dyersburg police charged a 16-year-old Dyersburg youth with arson and burglary following the investigation into a number of suspicious fires.
The police department also added additional charges of arson and burglary to Dillon McKinney, who was charged April 5, for the arson at Dyersburg High School.

Criminal Investigation Commander Lieutenant Billy Williams charged the 16-year-old after his investigation determined that the youth was involved in a fire at 937 Sam Houston on March 15, 2013, and again on March 16.
McKinney is also alleged to have been involved in the Sam Houston fire and is now charged with two additional counts of arson and burglary.
The juvenile is being held in the McDowell Center for Children, pending a detention hearing Wednesday in Dyer County Juvenile Court.
