MEMPHIS, Tenn. (FOX13) -

Investigators said 2-year-old Chase Hakken and his 4-year-old brother Cole are likely in Cuba.

MyFoxTampa is reporting that Joshua and Sharyn Hakken, along with one of their boys, were spotted by a CNN reporter at a marina in Cuba. They were aboard "Salty," the boat they apparently took from the Bay area to Cuba.

The boys were taken from their Grandmother by their biological parents last week.  For a time, they were thought to be in Tennessee after someone reported seeing the GMC Sierra that the boys were supposed to riding in around the Etowah area.  The tip turned out to be a false lead.
The truck was recovered in Florida on Friday.

Investigators believe the boy's father, Joshua Hakken, stole a boat and say he's an experienced sailor.

Cuba is a non-extradition country.
