But Guzman's arrest is raising some serious questions. One of which, is this the real El Chapo? The other is how were police able to arrest him without a single shot being fired. We talked with a filmmaker whose new document hopes to answer some of those questions.

PHOENIX -

New video of a fire that nearly destroyed a Phoenix motel on Saturday night was released.

Press "play" above to see amazing video from the Phoenix Fire Department as they pulled up to the scene of a fire Saturday night.

The fire left a gaping hole in the roof of the Travel Inn.

No one in the hotel was injured, but we learned a firefighter was taken to the hospital after being hit by drywall during cleanup.

He's in stable condition.

Video, taken from the dash camera of a firefighters' truck, shows massive flames washing over the roof of the Travel Inn on 27th Avenue and Indian School Saturday night.

The fire started around 8:30 p.m.

An estimated 40 fire vehicles and 60 firefighters battled the blaze.

29 adults and a child were evacuated from the hotel. Everyone got out safely.

"People were knocking on the doors trying to get everyone out saying there was a fire," said a witness. "We stepped outside and we saw the roof of the back end here was flaming."

Shonathan Stacey, a hotel guest, took a video of the flames after he was evacuated.

It took firefighters 30 minutes to get the flames knocked down.

The extent of the damage could be seen Sunday morning.

An estimated 20 rooms were severely damaged and half the building is a complete loss.

Fire investigators were on scene.

"At this point, they are ruling out arson and they are classifying it as an accidental fire, possibly started in the attic," said Cpt. Larry Nunez, with Phoenix Fire.

In some of the rooms you can now see straight through the ceiling because of the extensive damage. Fire investigators say they may never know exactly what caused the fire.

"Life safety was the number one priority in that," said a witness. "We grabbed all our stuff and got out of there fast as we could."

Because the fire knocked out power to a separate Travel Inn building, it too was evacuated.

In all, about 60 people were taken to other hotels to stay last night.

Fire officials say the insurance company will ultimately have to decide what is done with the building.
