Memphis Police Officer Martoiya Lang was gunned down in the line of duty last year. Now, controversy is brewing over who will be the guardian of her four children.
Judge Robert Benham is expected to rule next Tuesday. The judge will also decide who will be the guardian of all her funds.
Martoiya Lang's mother and estranged husband are fighting for custody.
Her estranged husband Darius Lang is expected to take the stand Tuesday, but his older sister, Natalie Brooks, did testify today about Darius' lifestyle and relationships.
Brooks says Darius has two other children by another woman. She says the woman, and their two kids under two-years-old don't always live in his three bedroom home.
The judge says he's puzzled over the living arrangements of Darius' five children, and the woman.
But Brooks says the other children don't always stay with him.
Fox13 also learned there's an anti-Darius website, which Brooks suspects was launched by Martoiya Lang's sister.
A few witnesses are expected to be called next week, including Darius Lang and Thaddeus Matthews. Matthews says he's set to testify about his Facebook post, which promoted two 911 calls related to the case.
