PATERSON, N.J. (AP) - The husband of "Real Housewives of New Jersey" cast member Teresa Giudice has turned down a final plea deal to charges of obtaining a phony driver's license.

Giuseppe "Joe" Giudice faces up to ten years in prison if convicted.

The Record reports his lawyer, Miles Feinstein, would not say what prosecutors were offering. But the lawyer says the deal included prison time.

The 43-year-old is accused of using his brother's identity to obtain a driver's license while his own license was suspended for driving while intoxicated in 2010.

No trial date has been set.
