Memphis Grizzlies guard Tony Allen will host his "Tony Allen Karaoke Night" at the Kroc Center (800 East Parkway, Memphis 38104) on Tuesday, April 16 from 6-8 p.m. to benefit the Juvenile Intervention and Faith Based Follow Up (JIFF). Media is invited to attend.
Allen will be on hand to meet with fans, sign autographs and sing karaoke all for a good cause. Admission to the fundraiser is $25 for adults and $10 for kids ages 3-12 with all proceeds benefiting JIFF. Food and beverages will also be included.
Fans can sign up to sing once they arrive at the Kroc Center or by calling (901) 522-8502 to reserve a ticket. Five people who sign up will be selected and have the chance to sing. The winner from those selected singers will get to perform with Allen at the end.
JIFF provides youth from the juvenile justice system with the skills, support and direction necessary to break the destructive cycle of criminal behavior. They are a 501c3 program dedicated to seeing youth flourish, free from a life of crime. By influencing the thinking, behavior and direction of young offenders (age 12-18) and their families, JIFF can help them pursue productive and pro-social activities.
