DOLTON, Ill. (Sun-Times Media Wire) -

A 19-year-old south suburban man prone to bouts of depression has been missing since last Tuesday.

Austin Battle of Dolton was last seen at the intersection of Sibley Boulevard and Burnham Avenue in Calumet City on March 19, according to a statement from the Village of Dolton.

Battle made a phone call to his father asking to be picked up at that intersection, but he was not there when his father arrived. Phone records indicate no further activity on his cell phone since the call to his father.

Battle is described as a 5-foot-11 black man, who was last seen wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and black boots.

Anyone with information should call Dolton police at (708) 841-2533 or (708) 201-3211.
