Body of missing tug boat captain found

The body of a Mississippi tug boat
captain who fell overboard at the beginning of the year has been found. Investigators say it was Vernon Bumgarner.
He was found by a fisherman on the Mississippi
river last week near Phillips County Arkansas.
Dental records were used to identify him.
