NEW YORK (MYFOXNY) -

A mini-school bus was involved in a two vehicle accident on Long Island on Monday afternoon.

It happened about 3:30 p.m. at Grove Ave. and Carman St. in Patchogue.

Police say that a small number of children were injured in the accident but would not release more information.

No other details were immediately available.
