In his mug shot, Harris is heavily tattooed, police say he's also armed and dangerous. Investiagators found his black Range Rover with tinted windows and custom rims which was seen speeding from the scene. They believe Harris opened fire from the SUV, killing aspiring rapper Kenny Clutch who was driving a Maserati. The Maserati, riddled with bullet holes, slammed into a cab, killing Michael Boldon, 26, of Detroit. The cab burst into flames also killing Bolden's passanger, a businesswoman and mother of three from Washington.

"He and his passenger were victims of something senseless," said Bolden's brother, Carl.

Police say Harris also goes by the name Amar Asim Faruq Harris. Investigators describe him as a pimp with previous arrests for kidnapping, sexual assault and soliciting clients for a prostitute. They believe an argment in the valet area of the upscale Aria resort-casino led up to the shooting.

"Absolutely we want them to apprehend the folks that were involved in the incident," added Bolden.

Six people were also injured including a passanger in the Maserati who is said to be cooperating with police.
