MEMPHIS, Tenn. (FOX13) -
Shelby County Sheriff's Department has confirmed a homicide in the 7600 block of Cordova Club Dr. in Cordova. The victim has been positively identified as 49 year old Jimmy McClain. A welfare check was made this morning after the individual had not been heard from in the past few days, per spokesman Chip Washington.
This is the first homicide in Shelby County this year.
This is an ongoing investigation.
