Kristin Tallent

Kristin Tallent is an Emmy Award winning journalist whose career has taken her to stations in Mississippi, Alabama, Oklahoma and Tennessee.  She has covered news and sports throughout her career and is happy to be reunited with her FOX family in Memphis after spending two years in Tulsa.

Kristin is originally from Patton, Missouri.  She is a graduate of Mississippi State University, where she was on the track team and was a four-year letterman.  Though she still enjoys running, she has retired as a competitive runner and is aspiring to hit the show ring with her reining horse, Sundance.  Kristin has two dogs: Luke, a German Shepherd, and Lolo, a Yorkshire Terrier. 

Kristin is a huge animal lover and has logged several hours over the years, volunteering at various animal shelters in different states.   Her dog, Luke, is a rescue pup from Save Our Shepherds in Memphis.   She's a member of Covenant United Methodist Church in Cordova.
