NORTHAMPTON COUNTY, Pa. -

The former grad student who wanted to sue her school for a C+ grade won't end up getting her day in court.

FOX 29 has learned a Northampton County judge has thrown out Megan Thode's lawsuit, saying Lehigh University never breached any contract with her.

Thode claimed the grade she received in one of her classes kept her from landing her dream job and cost her thousands of dollars.
