PHILADELPHIA -

A man and three others were removed from a West Philly home Thursday by police in connection with a January child abduction case.

FOX 29 cameras were rolling as a man was escorted out of the home by police. When asked if he had anything to say, the man replied "Yeah, not guilty."

Neighbors watched police led a teen male, an adult male and two females into cars to be taken to the police department's Special Victims' Unit.

This house was raided by police last week in connection with the abduction of the 5-year old girl from Bryant Elementary School nearly a month ago.

The abduction prompted police to issue an Amber Alert. The morning after she was taken from her classroom, the girl was found hiding under the slide at an Upper Darby park.

Police sources tell FOX 29's Dave Schratwieser that strong circumstantial evidence and then partial test results from the city's crime lab led to Thursday's events.

In a search of the home last week, crime scene experts took carpeting, clothing and a distinctive bag - all of which were tested for DNA.

Commissioner Charles Ramsey said the case would require significant lab work, but he would not elaborate.

Sources close to the case say they have also recovered surveillance video captured from an alley behind the home that shows a woman in Muslim clothing approaching the house with a white coat similar to what the victim was wearing the day of the abduction, Schratwieser has learned.
