Gorgeous today! Absolutely gorgeous.  Guess what?  It's going to stay that way tomorrow too.  Tonight's low lands at 40°, but will jump right back into the 60s tomorrow under partly cloudy skies.

Thursday's going to be warm, too. However, we're going to see a 50% chance for rain in the area.  Can't rule out a few t'storms either especially in our southern counties.

I've got no freezing temps in the 7 day forecast.  None!
