A few weeks ago two big banks said they would be introducing ATMs that would give you cash in any denomination in any amount you want.
The first of those new ATMs is now in the valley. It looks like a tablet, but this is the new ATM that may end the hassle of having to withdraw more money than you actually need.
"It allows you to withdraw one's, five's, 10's, 20's and 50's," says Ahmed Wabli, Chase Bank branch manager.
Right now there's only one in the valley, and it's located at the Chase Bank inside the Fry's on Via Linda and Pima in Scottsdale.
"If you walk up, you're looking to get $18 because you are going to a movie and that's the exact change you need… if customers are just looking to get a couple of dollars for a vending machine or a kids lunch money or they owe someone $276."
