A scary situation this morning on Lamar as a day care van flips during the morning commute ejecting one of the kids inside.
Memphis Police say Taylor's Learning Academy van side swiped a utility pole, lost control and flipped with 4 children under the age of 4 inside. Again one of the children was ejected from the van when it flipped.
Police tell FOX13 News there was only one safety seat in the van at the time of the crash and by law there should have been 4.
Memphis Police say all 4 children were transported in non critical condition to Le Bonheur Children's Hospital.
Charges are pending.
