Missing special needs woman found

CHANDLER, Ariz. -

Police have located a missing teen who was last seen on Sunday.

Authorities say 18-year-old Katie Stull left her adult assisted care facility for an evening walk and never returned.

She was located in Phoenix on Monday safe and sound.
