Organizers of the 77th Annual Waste Management Phoenix Open are keeping a close eye on the forecast.
Golfers are ready to hit the course in Scottsdale and crews have been getting ready for the big crowds.
The Phoenix open starts Monday and ends Feb. 3.
Players to watch: Two-time champion Phil Mickelson will play in his 23rd Phoenix Open, Masters titleholder Bubba Watson, Sony Open winner Russell Henley and Humana Challenge winner Brian Gay.
If you're looking to go star gazing, visit the open on Wednesday. Many celebrities and other big names will play in the annual Annexus Pro-Am, between 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.
Keep an eye out for Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps, basketball Hall of Famer Julius Erving, country singer and Phoenix-native Dierks Bentley, Diamondbacks pitcher Ian Kennedy and more.
