Company helps donated shoes make their way to California

Thursday, we told you the story of a woman collecting shoes for a special cause. The shoes needed to go to California for a shoe drive to help raise money for a family adopting a child born with spina bifida.
Lindsay Giles Holmstrom collected nearly 1,300 pairs of shoes. She was holding them in her garage and didn't know how to get them to their destination.
We're happy to inform you the folks at AZ Carpet and Tile picked up the shoes Friday morning and they're on their way to California.
