Panache 447, Funny Side offer night out in Plymouth

SOUTHFIELD, Mich. (WJBK) -- Dinner and laughs await at one of downtown Plymouth's newest establishments.
Panache 447 offers a unique menu including a wide selection of sushi, meatloaf cupcakes and grilled cheese with lavender honey. The unexpected continues with a great hand crafted cocktail list featuring the cotton candy martini made with fresh cotton candy.
On the upper level, Funny Side Up Comedy Club features nationally touring comedians on both Friday and Saturday nights starting at 8:00 p.m.
Chef Ronnue Buechs stopped by The Nine to show one the restaurant's salmon dishes.
8 ounces of sashimi grade salmon 5 oz sticky cilantro rice cake 1 head baby Bok Choy Coconut curry sauce Pao Pao glaze Glass noodles Chives
Salt and pepper your salmon filet. Pan sear salmon until it releases from the pan and flip. Add butter, white wine and bok choi. Place in the oven at 350 degrees for 7 minutes.
