Mary and Teresa Mayes are moving forward with their legal process while the husband of Jo Ann Bain has been tight lipped in speaking out against the women.
But, he appears to have commented about the mother and wife of Adam Mayes, who are accused of helping him kidnap and kill members of his family in 2012.
The Bulletin Times, a local paper in Hardeman County, published a post on its Facebook page by Gary Bain, who is expressing his feelings about the tragedy's impact on his family.
"I hope that every time she closes her eyes she has to relive the brutality of what they're actions have done to others," Gary Bain said on the Bulletin Times' Facebook page. "I could go on but it is what it is. My girls and I have to face the harsh reality every day that they destroyed all of our lives. That said, I have no sympathy for them whatsoever."
Bain appears to have posted on Jan. 9, under the Bulletin Times post about the Mayes women's recent indictment.
FOX13 News has not heard from Bain since the kidnapping of members of his family in 2012. He's declined media interviews since then.
