Police search for 2 suspects in Brooklyn elevator robbery

NEW YORK (MYFOXNY) -

Police are looking for two men wanted in connection with an armed robbery inside an elevator in a Brooklyn apartment building on Wednesday, January 9. 

The incident took place in the Ditmas Park section around 2:00 p.m. One of the suspects brandished a black firearm while the second suspect took a cellphone and cash from the 52-year-old male victim. 

Police have released surveillance video of the robbery. 

The first suspect is a Black man, 17-22 years old, 5'11", of medium build, and was wearing a black hat, black jacket, black jeans, and white sneakers. 

The second suspect is a Black man, 17-22 years old, 5'9", and was wearing a dark-colored jacket, with a red hoody underneath.
