MEMPHIS, Tenn. (FOX13) -
Collage Dance Collective, an inner city ballet school, has reached its fundraising goal of $12,000 by surpassing it by $2,000.

They opened a studio on Broad Street without the necessary dance floor, bars, mirrors and office furniture.
For the past several weeks, Collage used the Internet fundraiser Kickstarter to collect more than $14,000.
Had they failed to reach their goal of $12,000, all of the donations would have to have been returned.
