LB&B Associates Inc.- Engineer

LB&B Associates Inc., nationwide, diversified services company, is seeking a 1st Class Engineer to work on our Facilities Maintenance contract at the Federal Courthouse, in Detroit, MI.

We are seeking a self-starter with at least 6+ years of experience in maintaining commercial HVAC systems. Responsibilities include: maintenance, repair and operation of commercial refrigeration,  HVAC Mechanic must be competent to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on chillers, air handlers, VAV components, electronic/pneumatic controls, BAS computer system, building systems, as well as general building maintenance items such as changing light bulbs, plumbing issues, etc.

Qualified applicants must possess a City of Detroit 1st Class Refrigeration Operators License.

Candidates must be able to pass a drug/alcohol screening, criminal background check, and be able to obtain clearance to the facility.
High School Diploma or G.E.D. is required.
