Sunshine is back today full force,as the temperatures remain cold! Look for highs in the mid to low 40's,cooler than the average high of 54. Overnight conditions remain frosty and lows dipping into the upper 20's. The real feel temperature or wind chill should be near the low 20's if not the upper teens tonight. More sunshine tomorrow and highs improve to the low 50's.
