
Seventeen-year-old Eduardo Marmolejo appeared in court Friday morning but his trial was reset until January.
Marmolejo was charged with first-degree murder in the August 2011 fatal stabbing of Memphis Junior Academy private school principal Suzzette York.

The murder suspect's lawyers hope a second mental evaluation is complete. An earlier mental evaluation showed the teen was sane at the time of the killing and is competent to stand trial, but Marmolejo's lawyers wanted another one done.
