MEMPHIS, Tenn. (FOX13) -

The murder suspect's lawyers hope a second mental evaluation is complete. An earlier mental evaluation showed the teen was sane at the time of the killing and is competent to stand trial, but Marmolejo's lawyers wanted another one done.
