ROYAL OAK, Mich. (WJBK) -- All November long, men have been growing their Movember moustaches to raise awareness and funds for men's health issues, specifically prostate and testicular cancer initiatives.
6 Salon, located in Royal Oak and Birmingham, will host a special fundraising event on Saturday, Dec. 1 to shave off those Movember moustaches and raise money for the Prostate Cancer Foundation.
For a suggested donation of $5 (more is certainly welcomed!), stylists from 6 Salon will provide professional shave services to walk-in Movember participants.
For every customer, the salon will match a $5 donation, with all proceeds benefiting the Prostate Cancer Foundation.
