A Maryland man is claiming to have the winning Arizona lottery ticket sold at a 4 Sons Food Store in Fountain Hills, Ariz.
According to WBFF-TV, the man walked into a gas station to check his numbers on Thursday. After saying he had the winning ticket, he had the clerk and a few others in the store check his numbers to make sure he wasn't misreading what he saw.
Customers said he had the winning numbers in Wednesdays drawing.
The Arizona Lottery hasn't confirmed that the man is the winner. If the man is telling the truth, he has 180 days to fly to Arizona and claim his prize.
The man would split almost $600 million with a winner in Missouri. That winner is supposed to be announced at a news conference Friday morning.
