A man known as the "Haggler Bandit" and wanted for nearly half a dozen California bank robberies was caught in Memphis.
Kevin McKinley, 31, is responsible for five bank robberies in Los Angeles, Monrovia and Pasadena, Calif., in August, police said.
He was tracked to his sister's house in metro Memphis, arrested, and is now at the Shelby County jail awaiting extradition back to California to face charges.
