WINSLOW TOWNSHIP, N.J. -

Police in Winslow Township, New Jersey say they have arrested the residents of a home where officers found an indoor marijuana growing facility, complete with 22 marijuana plants, ventilators, a hydration system and power supplies.

According to police, officers responded to a home on the unit block of Drexel Gate Drive for a medical emergency that involved a 63-year-old man Tuesday night.

Police say when they arrived to the home, they noticed a strong smell of marijuana.

Once the emergency was dealt with, police say they questioned a 33-year-old man, who is also the homeowner, about the smell.

Eventually, officers were given consent to search the home, where they found the indoor growing facility.

Police say they also discovered illegal mushrooms and cocaine, along with drug paraphernalia.

In the upstairs portion of the home where another 33-year-old man lives, police say they found a one gallon bag stuffed with marijuana and illegal mushrooms.

Police say they arrested the homeowner and the roommate, who now face drug related charges.
