The office space at the company is complete as workers continue to construct the factory. Electrolux is expected to build kitchen appliances, including stoves and ranges by 2013.
So far the company has hired plant management, human resources and staff support.
Research and Development teams are already working on the next pilot product which will roll out next year.
Leighann Berko, Director of Human Resources, said labs are being set up to test products. These labs will simulate product usage as well as performance expectations over the life of the product itself.
