
Police in Pine Hill are looking for the suspect involved in a carjacking last week where the victim was forced to buy five bags of heroin.
According to police, the incident happened on November 13th just before 9 a.m. at a traffic light at the intersection of West Branch Avenue and Blackwood Road.
Police say the suspect entered the front passenger side door of the victim's vehicle and threatened the driver with a box cutter.
The suspect then forced the driver to go to North Camden, where the victim was told to buy the heroin, according to investigators.
Police say the victim then had to drive the suspect to the Walter Rand Transportation Center, where the suspect forced the victim to board a train to the Ferry Avenue station.
Once at the station, police say the suspect got in a cab and left.
Police describe the suspect as a white man with a thin build and scruffy facial hair in his mid 20s, standing approximately 5'7".

Thursday weather looks damp and stormy. It will be mild and muggy to start with spotty showers early followed by afternoon and evening storms. Highs in the upper 70s with winds out of the SW 5-10 mph. Some of the storms will produce locally heavy rain and gusty winds.
This system is from the same cold front that caused the midwest tornadoes. It will also usher in cooler air for the holiday weekend.
