Brothers jailed 552 years for cookout shooting

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (FOX13) -

Two brothers, who were convicted of murdering a Frayser woman in 2010,  were sentenced to a combined 552 years in jail.

Devon Brown and Kenneth Brown shot and killed Kimberly Jamerson at a cookout in 2010 over a $5 bag of weed. The Brown brothers also opened fire on the guest at the cookout, injuring another man.

The brothers fired off 60 rounds of ammo before fleeing the cookout.
