A day after helping the Grizzlies to its eighth consecutive win in Charlotte, guard Quincy Pondexter was back in the Bluff City Sunday giviNg back to those in need.
Pondexter gave away frozen turkeys, ham, stuffing and side dishes at the New Direction Christian Church Sunday afternoon.
As well, the Lady Bears were also busy Sunday giving back to the community before the Thanksgiving holiday.
The Lady Bears, who are women who play a significant role in the lives of Grizzlies players, coaches and basketball operations staff, fed women and children at the Salvation Army Purdue Center of Hope.
This is the fourth year the group has provided Thanksgiving dinner and gift bags at the Center of Hope.
