Delta Airlines has launched a new deeply discounted sale to and from 10 cities just for its Memphis customers flying out of Memphis International Airport.
The cities and their prices for each-way fares based on round trip purchases are:
- Charlotte $79
- Dallas-Fort Worth $139
- Denver $159
- Fort Lauderdale $109
- Las Vegas $159
- Los Angeles $159
- New Orleans $89
- New York-LaGuardia $129
- Orlando $109
- Tampa $99
The Delta promotion has various restrictions for the fares listed above, including things like having to purchase the fares through the Delta.com website, a 21-day advance purchase is required, and you must purchase before Dec. 5.
Travel with this air fare sale must take place on of after Dec. 4 and be completed by Feb. 13, 2013.
Blackout dates are Dec. 19-23.
"We are pleased that Delta Air Lines has decided to make this investment in creating more affordable service at Memphis International," said Larry Cox, president and CEO of the Memphis-Shelby County Airport Authority. "There has certainly been a vocal outcry from Memphians to see more affordable fares, so this is a welcome travel opportunity to end the year."
