HERNANDO, Miss. (FOX13) -
Southaven Mayor Greg Davis and his wife Suzann reached a settlement in divorce court Wednesday in Hernando.
Mrs. Davis showed up to the proceedings but Mayor Davis did not.
In short order, it was settled behind closed doors. Suzann and Greg Davis have been divorced since June 13, 2011.
On Aug. 21, 2012, Mrs. Davis filed a petition to modify custody and establish child support. Under court order Mayor Davis shall pay the child support to Suzann Davis in the sum of $1,850 a month to commence on Dec. 1.
Nobody is giving official comment because there is a gag order in place to protect children from media coverage.
