Investigators say the 28-year-old victim, an employee with Recovery Solution, saw the car he was sent to repossess sitting unoccupied running in the driveway with the keys in the ignition.
When he got into the car, a woman came outside wanting to know what he was doing in the car. The woman then jumped on the hood of the car and started to scream as the man tried to drive away.
The woman's husband and his friend heard her screaming and ran outside. The husband then fired at the car, striking the victim.
