Memphis police are investigating a rash of shootings from Sunday.
A 25- to 30-year-old victim was found with an apparent gunshot wound and pronounced dead at 6090 Selkirk at 4:48 p.m. No arrests have been made, but Memphis police say the suspect was possibly driving a gray or brown GMC Chevy.
Seven minutes later officers responded to a shooting call at 3691 Elvis Presley Boulevard where they found an unidentified male victim with a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead on the scene. Memphis police say they are still investigating if this was a self-inflicted wound.
At 5:15 p.m. officers responded to a shooting at 6749 Rockingham where an approximately 16-year-old male was found with an apparent gunshot wound. The teen was transported to the MED in critical condition. Memphis police say the suspect could be in a white vehicle.
Close to 7 p.m. Memphis police headed to 690 S. Parkway where an unidentified victim was shot; they do not know his condition at this time. MPD does have one suspect detained.
All of the shootings are still under investigation.
