Police are looking for the man responsible for an indecent assault on a 19-year-old girl.
They say it happened around noon on Oct. 24, and they released surveillance video of the suspect from that day.
"I don't know his name or where he hangs at, but I've seen him walking around the neighborhood an awful lot," said Valencia Harris, looking at a picture of the suspect. She lives in Germantown near where the alleged incident happened.
Philadelphia police say the victim told them she was on SEPTA's Route K bus when she said the man touched her inappropriately. She got off at Greene Street and Chelten Avenue and said he followed her to the 5500 block of Greene Street. That's where he allegedly pulled her into an alleyway. Luckily, she was able to run away.
"I'm scared because she takes the bus to school and anything can happen to her," said Harris, who is worried about her 16- and 20-year-old daughters.
"It's bad. I don't like them walking around the neighborhood by themselves," said Harris.
Police were in the neighborhood Monday showing pictures of the suspect and asking if anyone recognized him or the multi-colored striped jacket he was wearing.
Tytisha Harris, 20, said, "A lot of people see things around here, they don't say anything for fear of their own lives."
One woman waiting at the bus stop said she's not shocked but she's still shaken to hear what happened.
"It's just crazy. All I do is pray," said the woman.
Police say if you see the suspect do not approach him. Call Philadelphia police.

It feels like summer out there. We're expecting milder temperatures than yesterday: highs in the mid 80s. Just like summer, it'll be humid, with a chance of a few spotty showers during the day.
This pattern stays in place until Thursday, when strong thunderstorms usher in cooler air for the holiday weekend.
