Standard time returns Sunday 2am

Posted: Updated:
FOX13 NEWS -

With the start of November typically comes an extra hour of sleep, and this year is no different.

Remember to set your clocks back one hour Saturday night, or early Sunday morning depending on what time you hit the sack.

Most of the United States, including the Mid-South, return to Standard Time early Sunday.

Residents of Hawaii and Arizona do not observe the change.

Public safety leaders also advise that this weekend is a good time to change out the battery in your smoke detectors.
