MEMPHIS, Tenn. (FOX13) -
A 25-year-old man is facing a DUI charge amid other charges after he allegedly left the scene of an accident of a deadly hit and run on Poplar Avenue and I-240 in east Memphis.
Police also charged Jose Valle with driving without a license after he drove his Chevrolet Impala into another car at around 3 a.m. Sunday. The driver of the other car died as a result of the impact.
A witness told Memphis police that Valle and two other men ran away after accident.
Valle was taken into custody after he showed by at Delta Medical to seek treatment.
The accident remains under investigation.
