HERNANDO, Miss. (FOX13) -
Southaven Alderman Ricky Jobes spent Friday night in jail after he was charged with DUI and reckless driving.
After spending the night in the DeSoto County jail in Hernando, Jobes was released on a $950 fine.
Police haven't confirmed what exactly happened, but FOX13 News has confirmed that a motorist alerted officers on traffic detail of Alderman Jobes' alleged reckless driving.
Jobes was arrested in 2010 for DUI, but that charge has dropped to careless driving.
