HERNANDO, Miss. (FOX13) -
Suzann Davis, the ex-wife of Southaven Mayor Greg Davis, is suing not him, but his ex-husband's boyfriend for $1 million for "alienation of affection."
In the lawsuit Ms. Davis filed in DeSoto County Circuit Court on Thursday, she blames Starkville hairdresser Janson Fair for stealing her ex-husband and destroying her marriage.
She also described how she found out about the affair between Mayor Davis and the hairdresser.
The lawsuit states in April 2010 she saw a text on her ex-husband's cellphone that was from Fair, saying how much he was looking forward to spending time with the mayor in Las Vegas "locked away in bed, in each others arms."
