After running from police the day of the shooting, Memphis police say Marvin Green, 45, is now behind bars.
Green is charged with second degree murder in the fatal shooting of Dareus McKnuckles, 23, on Sept. 8. McKnuckles was shot at Jackson Avenue and Montgomery Street and pronounced dead at the MED. Memphis police were left to chase down the shooter.
Green's bond is set at $1 million. He will appear in court next Tuesday morning.
