MEMPHIS, Tenn. (FOX13) -
A test
taker in a scandal involving cheating teachers has struck a plea deal with
prosecutors. John Bowen says he took two tests on the same day at the same
location using different names.
He
admitted to doing it three or four times a year.
The US
Attorney's Office says Bowen was working for Clarence Mumford Senior.

Teachers who
couldn't past the tests, would pay him to have somebody else take it for them.
