Payne, the Millington
Central High
School football player who died last week was
laid to rest at the First Baptist Church of Millington on Tuesday.
Payne, a
sophomore wide receiver, died last week following an injury suffered after a
tackle during practice.
A memorial
fund has been set up in honor of Dana Payne.
Anyone wanting
to help his family can donate to any First Tennessee Bank or First South Financial
Credit Union. The memorial fund is set up in his name.
